Rachel planned my wedding last year. What can I say… simply fantastic! She took care of all the organizational aspects with elegance, seriousness and professionalism. She was of enormous help to me because she was able to understand and reassure me. We were supposed to get married in the afternoon and then have dinner, but due to bad weather this was no longer possible. The day before the wedding Rachel managed to perform a miracle and anticipate everything at lunch! Everything was perfect, from setting up the exterior to the country chic style table. I highly recommend it!

Spent a great evening with Rachel & Delfo at their beautiful hilltop property in Umbria. Rachel is a vibrant hostess and Delfo is a terrific chef. The meal we had was out of this world. I look forward to going back for a visit in a year or so when the property is ready for overnight guests. In the meantime, if you consider yourself a foodie or if you are just looking for a memorable night in Italy, give them a visit. You will not regret it.
