IL POSTO is a villa (divided in 2 floors and 3 individual apartments) for maximum 14 guests (5 double rooms, 2 twin rooms). Upstairs is an apartment for 6 (2 double rooms, 1 twin room), downstairs there is an apartment for 6 (2 double rooms, 1 twin room) and a studio for 2 (double room). The studio and the downstairs apartment are connected with an internal door. When this door is open it's an apartment for 8.
The property can be booked privately (you have the property all for yourself), or you book only upstairs or downstairs.
When you book one floor only, you can encounter other guests on the property.

♦ We can always add a co-sleeper or a crib on the parents' bedroom (max. 3).
♦ The owners live on property, at a good distance from the rental apartments. Your privacy is well-respected.
♦ There is a dog, chicken, ducks, bunnies and cats who run around freely. All kid-friendly. They are not allowed in the apartments.
♦ Unfortunately you cannot bring your own dog.
♦ Complimentary WiFi.
♦ Air fans in every bedroom during summer.
♦ Portable airconditioner (one per apartment)
during summer.
♦ Central heating (15 October - 15 April) at 20 degrees. Extra heating (electric) is available at additional charge.
